Your Badge ID is required to clock in and out of the Dayforce time clock. In most cases, but not all, your Badge ID # is also your Employee ID # (applicable to all team members hired on or after 4/1/2025). In these instances, you can access your Badge ID in Dayforce. Otherwise, your Store Manager or Director can help provide your badge ID number.
When your Badge ID is the same as your Employee ID:
If your Badge ID is the same as your Employee ID (applicable to all team members hired on or after 4/1/2025), you can access your own Badge ID information.

Log in to Dayforce under your Employee profile.

Select the Menu (☰ icon) in the top-left corner.

Select Profile from the menu.

Locate the Employee Number field at the top of the Profile page.

This information can also be found lower on the page under the Work Information > Employee Information section of your Profile Page.
What to Do if You Can't Access Your Badge ID Yourself

Ask your Store Manager or Director to look up or share your badge ID number with you.
