Follow these steps to review and authorize your team’s time in Dayforce:

Log in to Dayforce (Manager Role)

Access Dayforce using your Manager role.

From the Main Menu, navigate to “Time Review.”

Load the Correct Pay Week

Confirm you are reviewing the current and correct pay week before making any approvals.

Review Each Team Member’s Time Entries
Expand each team member’s timesheet and review for:-
Missed or incorrect punches

Overtime accuracy

Proper meal and rest break recording

Any pending exception or correction requests

Resolve Any Errors or Corrections

Make necessary corrections directly in the timesheet.

Instruct the team member to review and authorize (or reauthorize) their time after corrections are made.

Once the timesheet is accurate and complete, click “Authorize” for each team member.
