The LWG Knowledge Base is available through HappyFox and can be accessed once you register for and log in to a HappyFox account. After signing in, you will have access to LWG’s full library of HR resources, answers to common questions, and step-by-step guides, available to all LWG at anytime.

  • Benefits, PTO, and leave information

Many common questions can be answered instantly without needing to submit a ticket.

How to Register for a HappyFox Account

  1. Visit the HappyFox portalhttps://leedswestgroups.happyfox.com/

  2. Select Register

  3. Enter your name (as it is in Dayforce, no nicknames please), personal email address and required information

  4. Create your login credentials and complete registration

  5. Log in to your HappyFox account

Once logged in, you will automatically have access to the LWG Knowledge Base and ticketing system.
