Quick Answer

Eligible team members can enroll in health, dental, and vision benefits through Dayforce during their initial new hire enrollment window, during Open Enrollment, or following an approved qualifying life event. All benefits enrollments and changes are completed directly in Dayforce.

 

How to Enroll in Benefits in Dayforce (Self-Service)

Initial Enrollment
Benefits enrollment is part of your onboarding tasks in Dayforce. If you are within your eligibility window, you may also access enrollment directly from the Benefits page.

 

Steps to Enroll:

  1. Log in to Dayforce under your Employee profile.

  2. Select the MENU in the top left corner.

  3. Select BENEFITS from the menu bar.

  4. Available enrollment options will appear at the top of the page under the ENROLLMENTS section.

  5. Review your available plans, make your selections, and submit your enrollment.

 

Where to Find Benefits Information

At any time, you can access additional benefits resources directly in Dayforce, including:

  • Provider contact information and login details

  • Plan summaries and coverage descriptions

  • The LWG Benefits Guide

  • Enrollment status and confirmation

These materials are available on the BENEFITS and HOME/HUB page in Dayforce for your reference year-round.
