Employee Referral Program
At Leeds West Groups, we recognize that our team members are our greatest asset, and we value the connections you bring to the table. Our Employee Referral Program leverages your network to help us find top talent who aligns with our values and mission. By referring candidates, you not only contribute to our success but also have the opportunity to earn a bonus when your referral is hired and stays with the company.
This program is a great way to help us grow by recommending individuals who have the skills, knowledge, professionalism, and dedication to thrive at Leeds West Groups. We aim to make the referral process simple and rewarding, and we encourage you to share information about open positions with those in your network who may be a great fit.

Employee Referral Program Requirements & Conditions
ELIGIBILITY & PARTICIPATION
- Voluntary Participation: Participation in the referral program is strictly voluntary, and employees are under no obligation to participate.
- Open Positions: All open, externally posted positions are eligible for referrals under this program.
- Ineligible Participants: Employees at the Director level or above, those with hiring authority, anyone directly supervising the referred candidate, employees in the Human Resources department, and any individuals involved in the hiring or decision-making process are not eligible to receive referral bonuses.
- Former Employees: Individuals who were previously employed by the Company within the past 24 months are not eligible to be referred.
- Internal Transfers: Employees are not eligible to refer current employees of the Company who are applying for different positions within the organization. The program applies only to external new hires.
REFERRAL PROCESS
- First Referral Priority: Only the first employee who refers a candidate will be eligible to receive a referral bonus. Multiple referrals of the same candidate by different employees will not result in multiple bonuses.
- Required Documentation: To qualify for a referral bonus, employees must ensure that all referral documentation is completed and submitted as directed by the program.
Referral Bonus Payment Terms
- Payment Schedule: Referral bonuses will be paid in three installments, as follows:
- First Payment: Made after the referred candidate completes a minimum of 30 days of full-time, consecutive employment.
- Second Payment: Made after the referred candidate completes 90 days of full-time, consecutive employment.
- Third Payment: Made after the referred candidate completes six (6) months of full-time, consecutive employment.
- Bonus Timing: The referring employee will receive the bonus payment on their regularly scheduled paycheck immediately following the successful completion of each milestone (30 days, 90 days, and 6 months).
GOOD STANDING REQUIREMENT
- Referral Eligibility: Both the referring employee and the referred candidate must remain employed and in good standing with the Company at the time of each milestone to be eligible for the referral bonus. "Good standing" is defined as no active disciplinary actions or performance issues.
TAXATION AND PAYMENT
- Taxable Income: Referral bonuses are considered taxable income and will be subject to all applicable federal, state, and local taxes. These bonuses will be processed through payroll.
ADDITIONAL PROGRAM CONDITIONS
- Recruitment Efforts: Referrals must be made in the context of the employee’s personal and social networks (e.g., friends, family, neighbors, and acquaintances) and should not involve significant amounts of work hours. Referral activities should primarily take place outside of normal working hours.
- Referral Documentation: All referrals must be submitted through the designated channels and include the necessary documentation to ensure eligibility for a referral bonus.
- Integrity of the Process: Employees are encouraged to make honest and genuine referrals. Any misuse of the program, such as misrepresenting candidates or submitting referrals for personal gain, will result in disqualification from receiving referral bonuses and potential disciplinary action.
- Program Changes: The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the referral program at any time, with or without notice. Participation in the program does not establish any contractual right to receive a referral bonus.
By participating in the Employee Referral Program, employees acknowledge that they understand and agree to the terms outlined above.
