At Leeds West Groups (LWG), we make every effort to ensure payroll is processed accurately and on time. We understand how important timely and accurate pay is to our team members, and we take payroll accuracy seriously.
Quick Answer:
If you believe your paycheck is incorrect, please start by reviewing your pay statement in Dayforce. If something still does not look right, notify your supervisor and submit a Payroll inquiry through HappyFox as soon as possible.
Steps to Take
-
Review your pay statement in Dayforce
Check your hours worked, pay rate, deductions, bank account information, and any bonuses or additional earnings to make sure everything looks accurate. For taxation reasons, bonus checks are processed as secondary checks and are not included on regular paychecks. Please confirm that you do not see a second check in your Earning Statements that reflects the additional pay expected. -
Talk with your supervisor
Your direct supervisor can help confirm time entries, schedules, system approvals, and production/commission amounts in the Point of Sale system that may impact your pay. -
Submit a Payroll ticket in HappyFox
Submit your inquiry under the Payroll category and include as much detail as possible, such as:-
The pay period in question
-
What you believe is incorrect
-
Any screenshots or supporting details (if available)
-
IMPORTANT NOTE: Providing clear details is extremely important and helps the HR team review and resolve the issue more quickly. Missing information or details may result in additional follow-up and longer resolution times.
