Who Should I Ask If I Have Questions About My Paycheck?

At Leeds West Groups, we want team members to feel confident in understanding their pay and knowing where to go when questions come up.

Quick Answer
Your first point of contact for paycheck questions should be your supervisor. Supervisors can help review time entries, schedules, Point-of-Sale production/commission data, system, approvals, pay calculations, and other pay details with you.

How Paycheck Questions Are Typically Handled

  1. Start with your supervisor
Your supervisor can walk through your pay statement with you and help determine whether the question is related to time worked, scheduling, commissions, approvals, or something else.

  2. Review your pay statement in Dayforce together
Many paycheck questions can be resolved by reviewing earnings, deductions, and pay details directly in Dayforce.

  3. Escalate to HR when needed
If your supervisor determines the concern may require HR or Payroll review, they will help guide next steps or advise you to submit a Payroll ticket in HappyFox

How to Review Your Pay Statement in Dayforce

  1. Log in to Dayforce using the Dayforce app or web login.

  2. From the Main Menu, select Earnings.

  3. Pay Statements will appear under the Earning Statements tab of the Earnings page.

  4. Select the blue hyperlink for the pay date you want to review (if needed, you can expand and collapse months by selecting the > icons to the left of each Month, or you can use the date range filters to adjust the date range visible on the page)

  5. Review the details on your pay statement, including:

    • Personal Information: Legal name, employee #, address, pay period and pay date information, and tax elections.

    • Earnings: Hours, pay rates, overtime, bonuses, or other pay types

    • Deductions: Benefits, taxes, and other withholdings

    • Net Pay: The amount deposited after deductions
