When reporting, provide as much factual information as you can, such as dates, times, locations, and individuals involved. You do not need to have proof to make a report.
What Happens After a Report Is Made
-
HR will review the information promptly and objectively.
-
If appropriate, an investigation will be conducted.
-
Information is handled professionally and shared only on a need-to-know basis.
You may not receive details about the outcome, but all concerns are taken seriously and reviewed carefully.
Protection From Retaliation
LWG strictly prohibits retaliation against any team member who raises a concern or participates in an investigation in good faith. Retaliation is itself a serious policy violation and will be addressed accordingly.
Important Reminders
-
You are not required to confront the individual involved.
-
Waiting to report may make issues harder to address, so early communication is encouraged.
