Store Managers and Directors are the first point of support for team members who need to locate or confirm their Badge ID numbers. Badge ID numbers are required for team members to access the Dayforce Timeclock. If you are unable to complete the request or have concerns, escalate to HR through HappyFox.
Manager Role+ Dayforce Badge ID Steps

Log in to Dayforce using your manager credentials.

Navigate to the People workspace.

Search for the team member’s profile.

Navigate to the Badge page under the Work section of their profile.

Locate the Badge ID field.

Share the badge ID number directly with the team member.
