Store Managers and Directors are the first point of support for helping team members with resetting a Dayforce password. If you are unable to complete the request or have concerns, escalate to HR through HappyFox.
Manager Role+ Dayforce Password Reset Steps

Log in to Dayforce using your manager credentials.

Navigate to the People workspace.

Search for and select the team member’s profile.

Navigate to the Security Settings tab of their profile.

Select the Generate button under the Password field in the Log In Security section of the Security Settings page. This will be their temporary password.

Select the copy icon next to the password field after the new password has been generated.

Save the page to ensure the change takes effect.

Paste the password and share it with the team member.

Confirm the reset and advise the team member to follow the on-screen instructions to create a new password after they enter the temporary password you provided.
Important Reminders

Do not ask for or enter a team member’s permanent password.

The team member should complete the password reset themselves once initiated.
