New, eligible team members may enroll in benefits within their initial waiting period (the first 60 days of employment with LWG), beginning on their hire date. Benefit selections made in Dayforce during the initial waiting period will be effective on the first day of the month following 60 days of employment.
The choices you make during your initial waiting period will remain in place through the end of the calendar year unless you experience a qualifying life event or your employment with LWG ends. If you do not sign up for benefits during your initial eligibility period, you will not be able to elect coverage until the next open enrollment period.
