IMPORTANT DATES TO REMEMBER
We’re excited to welcome you to the LWG team! As you settle into your role, we want to ensure you're aware of the important dates related to your employee benefits. Below is a quick overview to help you stay informed. Please note that individual policies and plan documents should be referenced for further details and information. All benefits are available to full-time team members who regularly work more than 32 hours in a work week.
- HEALTH, DENTAL, AND VISION
- Waiting Period/Eligibility/Enrollment Window:
- Team members have 60 days from their hire date to enroll in their benefits. If a team member does not enroll within this window, they will need to wait until the next Open Enrollment period or experience a qualifying life event.
- Benefits Effective Date:
- Benefits selected during the initial (or new hire) enrollment window are effective on the first of the month following 60 days of full-time, consecutive employment.
- Example: If you are hired on March 1st, your benefits are effective on May 1st.

- Waiting Period/Eligibility/Enrollment Window:
- HOLIDAY PAY
- Waiting Period/Eligibility:
- 90 days of consecutive, full-time employment.
- Effective Date:
- Eligible members qualify to receive holiday pay following 90 consecutive, full-time employment. Additional terms & conditions apply. See the Holiday policy for further details.
- Waiting Period/Eligibility:
- PAID TIME OFF (PTO)
- Waiting Period:
- None. PTO begins accruing upon hire for all full-time team members.
- Effective Date:
- PTO is available for use upon accrual with proper, prior system authorization in Dayforce from a supervisor. Additional terms & conditions apply. See the Paid Time Off policy for further details.
- Waiting Period:
- LEAVES OF ABSENCE
- Eligibility for leaves of absence may vary based on several factors. Please contact HR directly with any questions regarding a leave of absence.
