Clocking In and Out

Access Dayforce:

Open your web browser and go to the Dayforce homepage, or visit https://us242.dayforcehcm.com/MyDayforce/MyDayforce.aspx.

Log in with your company ID (lwg), username, and password.

Clocking In:

On the Dayforce home page, locate the Time Clock section in the upper right corner.

Click on the Clock In button when you're ready to start your shift.

Ensure that your clock-in time is correct before proceeding.

Please communicate all time corrections to your Store Manager or Director of Operations immediately to ensure timely corrections.

Clocking Out:

When your shift is over, go back to the Time Clock section on the Dayforce homepage.

Click on the Clock Out button to end your shift.

Double-check that your clock-out time reflects the actual time you finished working.

Reviewing Your Timesheet

Check Your Timesheet Daily:

After each shift, review your timesheet to ensure your clock-in and clock-out times are accurate.

To review your timesheet, go to Employee Timesheet in the main menu.

You must review your timesheet at least once weekly, regardless of how often you work. It’s essential to catch any discrepancies early.

Verify Meals & Breaks:

Ensure that your meal and break times are recorded correctly, if applicable. This includes any lunch or other breaks taken during your shift.

Authorizing Your Timesheet

Accurate Timesheet:

If everything is correct, authorize your timesheet to confirm that the times are accurate for the pay period.

Inaccurate Timesheet:

If you notice any mistakes or discrepancies, do not authorize your timesheet.

Communicate any corrections to your supervisor immediately so they can be addressed before the end of the pay period. Time clock errors communicated after the end of the pay period may result in inaccuracies in payroll and record keeping. It is critical that all errors are communicated and corrected no later than the last day of each pay period to ensure accurate time keeping and payroll records.
