LWG offers two confidential Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs) that provide free support, counseling, and resources to help you navigate personal, family, financial, legal, and work-related challenges. Support is available 24/7 and is completely confidential.

 

What Is an Employee Assistance Program (EAP)?

An EAP is a free and confidential support service designed to help you manage life’s challenges. Whether you are dealing with stress, mental health concerns, family or relationship issues, life transitions, or need guidance on financial or legal matters, EAPs connect you with professional support and resources.

 

EAP services are available to:

  • Your immediate family members

 

LWG’s Employee Assistance Programs

LWG provides access to two EAP options, depending on your benefits enrollment status. Both programs offer three complimentary counseling sessions per employee, along with additional tools, referrals, and resources if needed.

 

Cigna EAP

  • Available to team members actively enrolled in Cigna insurance through LWG

  • 24/7 live assistance: 877-231-1492 (or the number on your Cigna ID card)

The Standard EAP

  • Available to all LWG team members, regardless of benefits enrollment

  • 24/7 live assistance: 888-293-6948

  • Confidential Support: Your privacy is always protected. LWG does not receive details about who uses EAP services or why.
