Our payroll system goes through a pre-note process with all banks for security purposes. As a result, all first paychecks are delivered to your work location on your first payday. If your direct deposit information is accurate, your direct deposit funding will begin on your second paycheck. Payroll funding on payday varies by banking institution. Please allow your bank until noon local time on payday to fund your account. If you still have not received your payroll funds after 12 PM local time, please complete the following troubleshooting steps.
Direct Deposit Funding Troubleshooting Steps:
- Confirm your direct deposit information is correct in Dayforce
- If correct, contact your bank to ask why the funds have not been released yet.
- If incorrect, please update your direct deposit immediately, then contact Human Resources for further assistance.
How To Make Direct Deposit Changes:
- Log in to Dayforce under your Employee profile
- Select the MENU in the top left.
- Select PROFILE from the menu bar.
- Select the FORMS tab at the top of the PROFILE page.
- Complete and submit the DIRECT DEPOSIT form.
Please note: It is extremely important to verify that direct deposit information is accurate when entering it into the system. Incorrect direct deposit information results in delays in payroll funding.
