At Leeds West Groups, we want team members to clearly understand how their pay is calculated and feel confident reviewing their pay statements. Pay structures can vary by role, location, and position type.
Quick Answer
Your pay calculation is based on your role, pay type, and approved time or earnings. This information is reviewed during onboarding and can always be revisited with your supervisor or HR if questions come up.
What Typically Factors Into Pay Calculations
Depending on your position, your pay may include some or all of the following:
-
Base pay or hourly rate
-
Hours worked, including overtime when applicable
-
Commission, bonus, or incentive pay (if applicable to your role)
-
Paid time off (PTO) or other paid leave
-
Deductions, such as taxes and benefit elections
All pay details are reflected on your pay statement in Dayforce.
