How to Update Your Tax Elections in Dayforce

Log in to Dayforce using the Dayforce app or web login.

From your Employee profile, select the Menu (☰ icon) in the top left corner.

Select Home from the menu.

At the top of the page, select Forms.

Under the Tax Forms section, you can select the available:

Federal W-4, and
-
Province/State Tax Form (if applicable)

Submit the form(s) once completed (please review all elections or changes made to ensure accuracy before submission)
If you have previously submitted tax forms, you can view them under My Form Submissions at the top of the Forms page.
Important Things to Know

Changes to tax elections apply going forward and do not update prior paychecks.
