We highly recommend that team members keep copies of all year-end tax documents on a personal, secured device for their own records.

Accessing Year-End Tax Forms

• Log in to Dayforce under your Employee profile
• Select the MENU in the top left.  
• Select EARNINGS from the menu bar.
• All year-end tax forms can be reviewed, downloaded, and printed on the YEAR END FORMS tab of the EARNINGS page.

Historical pay statements and year-end tax documents are available to all LWG current and former team members regardless of their employment status.
