The new year is a great time to prioritize your health. Preventive wellness exams help identify concerns early, support long-term well-being, and keep you feeling your best at work and at home. Preventive wellness exams are covered at 100% under LWG health insurance plans and are completed at no cost to you when using an in-network provider.

WHAT COUNTS AS A PREVENTIVE WELLNESS EXAM
A preventive wellness exam typically includes an annual physical or routine preventive visit with your primary care provider. These visits focus on maintaining your health and may include age-appropriate screenings, routine labs, and preventive assessments.
Preventive exams are designed to identify potential health concerns early and support long-term wellness. Visits that address illness, injury, or ongoing medical conditions may not qualify as preventive care.
This program is our way of encouraging preventive care and recognizing team members who take proactive steps to care for their health. When our team members are healthy, supported, and thriving, our entire organization is stronger.
We wish you a healthy and happy 2026!
