When Is My 2025 W-2 Available?

Quick Answer

2025 W-2s are available electronically in Dayforce now. All other 2025 year-end tax forms are expected to be available electronically in Dayforce no later than January 31, 2026. 

 

Electronic Access in Dayforce

  • Your 2025 W-2 can be viewed, printed, or downloaded anytime by logging into Dayforce.

  • Other applicable year-end tax forms will also be available electronically in Dayforce by 1/31/2026.

 

How to Access Year-End Tax Forms in Dayforce

  1. Log in to Dayforce using the Dayforce app or web login.

  2. From your Employee profile, select the Menu (☰ icon) in the top left corner.

  3. Select Earnings from the menu.

  4. Click the Year End Forms tab.

  5. From here, you can view, download, or print your available tax documents.

 

Printed W-2 Copies (If You Elected Paper Delivery)

  • Team members who selected to receive a printed W-2 will have their form mailed via USPS.

  • Printed copies will be sent to the mailing address on file in Dayforce as of 12/31/2025.

  • All mailed W-2s will be postmarked no later than 1/31/2026, in compliance with federal requirements.

 

Important Reminders

  • Please ensure your mailing address in Dayforce is accurate at all times. Changes made after 12/31/2025 will not update where a printed W-2 is sent.

  • Electronic copies are the fastest and most reliable way to access your tax forms.

Important Note: Due to the sensitive personal information on W-2's and tax forms, and self-service access available to these documents for all current and former team members, the HR team cannot provide copies of W-2's electronically.
