Telemedicine services are available 24/7 and can be accessed from your phone, tablet, or computer.

 

How to Access Telemedicine Through MyCigna (Online)

  1. Visit www.mycigna.com.

  2. Select Register or Log In.

  3. Once logged in, select Find Care & Costs.

  4. Choose Virtual Care or Telehealth.

  5. Follow the prompts to:

    • Schedule a visit

    • Connect with a provider

    • Review cost information

 

How to Access Telemedicine Through the MyCigna Mobile App

  1. Download the MyCigna app from your app store.

  2. Log in or register for an account.

  3. Select Virtual Care from the home screen or menu.

  4. Choose the type of visit you need and follow the prompts.

 

Important Reminders

  • You must be enrolled in an LWG medical plan to use MyCigna services.

  • Availability and costs depend on your specific plan.
