Quick Answer

Yes. Conduct outside of work may be reviewed if it has a direct impact on the workplace, safety, work relationships, or the company’s reputation.

Details

LWG respects lawful off-duty conduct. However, outside behavior may be addressed if it:

  • Involves coworkers, customers, vendors, or supervisors

  • Occurs during work-related activities or communications

  • Takes place while representing the company

  • Creates a hostile, unsafe, or disruptive work environment

  • Violates company policy or applicable law

Off-duty conduct that has no connection to the workplace is not restricted. Each situation is reviewed individually based on facts and applicable law.
