How Do I Contact HR?

The HR Team is here to support you, answer questions, and help you navigate workplace policies, pay, benefits, and other team member needs.

 

Quick Answer
You can contact HR at any time by submitting a support ticket through our HR Help Center.

 

Primary Way to Contact HR

Submit a request online through HappyFox, our HR Help Center: https://leedswestgroups.happyfox.com/new/

 

How it works:

  1. Select the category that best matches your question or concern.

  2. Complete and submit the appropriate inquiry form.

  3. If you would like to keep another party (such as a supervisor or employee) included, enter their personal email address in the CC field before submitting.

  4. If you would like to specifically request a phone call with a member of the HR team, please include “CALL REQUEST” in the subject line of your ticket

  5. A member of the HR team will review your request and follow up with you as soon as possible.

 

Common Reasons to Contact HR

You may contact HR for support with, including but not limited to:

  • Payroll: Paychecks, earnings, deductions, or pay schedules

  • Meal & Rest Breaks: Missed or interrupted breaks or questions about break requirements

  • Onboarding & Dayforce: New hire paperwork, tax forms, or system access

  • Benefits & Leave: Benefits questions, PTO, FMLA, accommodations, or leave requests

  • Workplace Conduct: Harassment, discrimination, retaliation, or safety concerns

  • Performance or Job Duties: Role expectations or performance-related questions

  • Policy Clarification: Help understanding any company policy or process

If you are unsure whether something should go to HR, submit a ticket and we will help direct it appropriately.

 

What Happens After You Submit a Ticket

  • HR reviews all requests promptly.

  • An HR team member will respond by phone or email, depending on the nature of the request.

  • All communications are handled professionally and with care, and information is shared only as necessary to address the concern.

 

Additional Support

In addition to HR, your direct supervisor and Director of Operations are also available to provide guidance and support when appropriate.
