How Do I Enroll in the LWG 401(k) Program?

Important Note

The LWG 401(k) plan is not an auto-enrollment plan. You must complete enrollment to begin participating.

 

Enrollment Options

  1. Online Enrollment
    • Visit enroll.voya.com

    • Enter Plan Number: 860521

    • Enter Verification Number: 86052199

    • Review the disclosures in the Important Information section during enrollment

  2. Phone Enrollment
    • Call 888-311-9487

    • Available Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m. ET

 

If enrolling by phone, you will be asked to confirm that you reviewed the required plan disclosures. After enrollment, you will receive:

  • A confirmation of your elections

  • A separate Personal Identification Number (PIN) mailer via U.S. Mail

Your PIN is required to access Voya’s phone services, online account, and mobile app.
