How Do I Enroll in the LWG 401(k) Program?

Important Note

The LWG 401(k) plan is not an auto-enrollment plan. You must complete enrollment to begin participating.

Enrollment Options

Online Enrollment
- Visit enroll.voya.com
- Enter Plan Number: 860521
- Enter Verification Number: 86052199
- Review the disclosures in the Important Information section during enrollment
Phone Enrollment
- Call 888-311-9487
- Available Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m. ET

If enrolling by phone, you will be asked to confirm that you reviewed the required plan disclosures. After enrollment, you will receive:

A confirmation of your elections
A separate Personal Identification Number (PIN) mailer via U.S. Mail

Your PIN is required to access Voya’s phone services, online account, and mobile app.
