The services are available to you and your immediate family members and can be accessed anytime, 24/7.
LWG offers our team members two different Employee Assistance Programs. Both programs offer three complimentary counseling sessions per employee and additional resources and guidance if needed or desired. These services are confidential and designed to help employees navigate life changes and stressors.

- Cigna EAP: This Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is only available to team members who are actively enrolled in Cigna insurance through LWG.
