The Code of Conduct does not cover every topic or expectation of employees. In addition to the Code of Conduct, employees are expected to comply with all other Leeds West Groups’ policies and procedures.

Violation of the Code of Conduct may lead to disciplinary action, up to and including termination. Employees must report any violations of this Code of Conduct or unethical behavior they experience or witness to their supervisor or HR. We prohibit unlawful retaliation against anyone who reports in good faith or participates in an investigation of a possible violation of the Code of Conduct.
